Our framing design begins with a 2”x6” treated floor-joist system on 16” centers with 4”x6” treated skids. All exposed nails are galvanized, preventing rust and ensuring the longevity of your building. Pressure treating is a preservative process that helps wood withstand the elements and wards off termites, microorganisms and fungal decay.
